Located just a few steps from the Plaza de España and in one of the pedestrian streets that feed the city's tapeo, this historic bar was founded in 1827. You can see the hams hanging on the wall, ready to be eaten. And enjoy its friendly and eclectic atmosphere. On the counter, tapas and raciones are kept warm. With as key products, the queso de oveja, sheep's cheese, the bacalao rebozado, the grilled cod and of course the tortilla, homemade omelette and migas estremenas. Accompanied by some good wines.

J'ai déjeuné avec des amis à la corchuela à Badajoz. L'ambiance était décontractée. Le top!
