Founded in 1942, this pastry store is the star of Olivenza, run by the third generation. In the beginning, it produced Portuguese and regional pastries, such as pestiños, fried doughnuts or cazuelitas crema similar to the pasteis of Belem still on sale today. But the star product that attracts the crowds is the Técula Mécula, also of Portuguese origin. It reminds a little of the calissons of Aix, but bigger and with an almond paste more soaked in syrup. With them, the small company does not know the crisis.
