Corazón tripas, this is the equivalent of our "doing bad fortune". We do not know what bad fortune led Andrés Sánchez Santano to open this restaurant during the summer of 2017. But it has done well because the result is quite successful. First of all the places, a dining room on two floors to the desired decoration, with white and luminous walls, plants hanging to the ceiling, phases written in flower to the walls and glass space to see the floor below. And undeniably more for a restaurant, have a terrace overlooking the temple of Diane, with the key, a phenomenal view, both day and night. And also we eat well. The salmon salad with fruit opens appetite with lightness. We can continue by opting for the artichoke and liver artichoke, much lighter than it seems but, above all, let us be tempted by the proposals on meat, filet or entanglement, absolutely delicious and cooked exactly according to what is requested. We can finish with a torta of casar, as they have the good taste to offer this excellent à la carte cheese. Very attentive and competent service.
