It is one of the very good restaurants of Zafra, too good even say some. Located in a small street leading to the Plaza Chica, this cozy and welcoming local area offers a traditional cuisine but with original touches and even avant-garde touches. At his head since his opening in 2012, Chef José Luis Entradas del Barco deploys all his knowledge and meticulousness. The result largely satisfies the papillae. The card changes, of course, according to seasons and markets, but it can be used to sample fine liver slices, accompanied by Jerte cheregar and a small beet salad, partridge cannellonis from the mushroom sauce, the Iberian meat cheek mijoted at port, a regal, or the boneless milk pig served with a purée of cabbage and mango foam. In order to finish such agisodes, we recommend the ice of oranges, made home. The cellar is interesting, let you advise by service, attentive and efficient. Not to miss when you pass through Zafra.
