It is without a doubt the best restaurant in the region. In the heart of the medieval city of Cáceres, it offers an extremely contemporary and sumptuous setting. It is the perfect setting for the fine cuisine prepared by chef Toño Pérez, who has been awarded two Michelin stars and is regularly present in the restaurant. Another strong point of the restaurant is its wine cellar where the greatest vintages and the productions of small owners coexist. The price goes with it, but is justified.
