EL ALMIREZ
Located close to the Jewish quarter, this multi-award restaurant has been in place since 1997, and has been revisited by an author's foot. In a warm and light-looking decor, you will taste the migas whose family recipe has been revisited or, why not, the torta del casar, on chestnut bread, accompanied by a gelatin of orange and nuts, now that you have already tasted and enjoyed this cheese. In fish, you may be tempted by the dice of candied cod, accompanied by seasonal mushrooms or, if you are more carnate, by the cheve, served in the fashion of Hervás. Most desserts are sold by customers: chestnut pie at the coulis of figs or fruit ice in its caramel tulip? That will be your question.
