A classic, near the Plaza Mayor. This traditional restaurant has been run by the same family for five generations, since the late 19th century. It serves abundant rations of Maragata cuisine, such as a hearty stew, beef shank or conger eel with garlic. Excellent homemade desserts such as the irresistible chocolate eclairs or their white chocolate flan. Plan a nap afterwards to ease digestion. The establishment also has a small hotel with well-maintained air-conditioned rooms.
