Belonging to the same owners as the famous restaurant La Criolla, the establishment is also located in the heart of Valladolid, a stone's throw from the Plaza Mayor. Beautifully decorated with azulejos and bricks, it is famous for its wide variety of pinchos and tapas, such as porcini mushrooms with foie gras, mushrooms garnished with prawns, sweetbreads or fried fish. The bar is certainly small, but the atmosphere is friendly. You can also sit down in the dining room to enjoy the generous Castilian cuisine.
