Francisco Martínez Paco, a young cook at the time, proved himself there from the moment he opened in 1983 by offering a cuisine based on grilled meats, which quickly made his reputation. The menu offers meat, fish, salads and seafood, including revisited traditional recipes. For those on a tighter budget, you can enjoy elaborate tapas at the bar, some of which have won local competitions.
