Traditional house where typical Castilian cuisine is served. Here, everything is done around the wood-fired oven. Good fish from Santander or the famous lechazo (suckling lamb ), a speciality of the house, are grilled here. The tortilla de patata is another classic not to be missed, it has been awarded three times the best in Spain! There is also room for one of the exquisite desserts on offer, including homemade ice cream and sorbets. The setting is more pleasant, chic in the restaurant, more sober in the picoteo part.
