We recommend a stop at this tavern on Calle San Lorenzo, which is popular with the locals, to try two of Burgos' great tapeo classics: the "cojonudo", which consists of a quail egg, red pepper and chorizo on a slice of bread, and the "cojonuda", where the chorizo is replaced by a slice of blood sausage. Simple, good and effective! And if you are still hungry, let yourself be tempted by a pincho de croqueta, peppers filled with seafood or a delicious slice of home-made tortilla. The choice will not be easy!
