Un restaurant a découvrir. Le service a été un peu long à partir, après demande de notre part, le rythme a été accéléré. Une cuisine copieuse, une présentation élégante pour un tarif raisonnable, telle est la synthèse de notre expérience.

Cet hôtel, qui fait partie d'un groupe hôtelier, même en période touristique, par exemple mi-juillet, des chambres à des prix exceptionnel, 65.00€. Les petits-déjeuners réservés dès le check-in sont vendus moins chers qu'annoncés. L'hôtel est situé tout près de la cathédrale. Pour y arriver, il faut s'armer de patience car la plupart des rues sont à sens uniques et même le gps s'y est perdu. A essayer absolument à Burgos, le "cordero lechal", un délice.
