Built between the end of the 13th century and the beginning of the 14th century, this Gothic church is located at the foot of the castle. It has a magnificent portal with the image of Christ in glory and the martyrdom of Saint Stephen, topped by a rose window. Inside, the choir by Simón de Colonia, built in 1502 in a flowery Gothic style, and the plateresque pulpit by Nicolás de Vergara, dated from the early 16th century. The church now houses the Altarpiece Museum.
