Hotel at the foot of the first stone of the Roman aqueduct in a monastery, quiet rooms in the old monks' cells
The hotel is located at the foot of the first stone of the famous Roman aqueduct, and a fifteen-minute stroll will take you into the historic center. Housed in part of the monastery of the same name, this building was founded by Henry IV in 1455. The monastery's Mudejar-style architecture features wide wooden beams, gilding and exposed stone walls. The rooms are housed in the former monks' cells, guaranteeing peace and quiet.

Le poivre et sel en sachet, euh bof !! Et ne me dites pas que c’est à cause du Cauvid, nous avons eu des moulins partout ailleurs. :/

Cadre très agréable, cuisine très bien, service agréable et sympathique, mais nous avons eu l'impression d'attendre et de courir après les serveurs par moments. Cela étant, globalement, un très bon moment avec un joli passage du jour à la nuit à l'intérieur du cloître.

Nous avons pris le menu traditionnel .. dégustation de spécialités locales moyenne . Bonne viande mais cuisson à renvoyer . Bon dessert

Cuisine espagnole moderne. Excellent rapport qualité prix avec le menu à 25€ tout compris. Patio du cloître très agréable pour un dîner romantique.
Un peu déçus du cadre : une salle de restaurant banale alors que nous pensions être placés dans l'ancien cloître...
