RESTAURANT LA OLMA
In a beautiful 16th century house, with a rustic decoration, they serve wood-roasted pork. The menu also offers appetizing dishes made with quality products, many of which are organic. Amongst others, we can mention the organic pig's trotters with Bordalesa snails, farm beans and the carpaccio of organic tomatoes from Aguilafuente. There are also game dishes such as venison and wild boar, served with a homemade marinade. The dessert menu is worth a look for its creative sweets. It is advisable to make a reservation.
