In an old Castilian manor house, a vast room decorated with hunting trophies, with a fireplace at the entrance. This is the place to come for tasty, traditional cuisine. Don't miss the house specialties, such as the famous El Barco de Ávila beans, sweetbreads, roast lamb and chuletón (prime rib). Pair with any of the à la carte wines recommended by the waiters.
