CONVENTO DE SANTA TERESA
Church and convent of the Carmelite nuns where you can discover the room where Saint Theresa was born and which houses a museum
It is currently a church and the convent of the Carmelites. Here we discover the room where Saint Theresa was born, and part of the original garden where she played as a child has been preserved. In the museum there are relics, paintings, coins, stamps, sculptures and writings referring to St. Teresa. In the large square of St. Teresa's Square, located outside the walls, there is a statue of the saint but also a church, San Pedro, where you have to enter to contemplate the Gothic rose window that illuminates it.
