PARADOR DE GREDOS * * *
One of the first paradors, a privileged place to admire the Tormes Valley and which has a restaurant
It is one of the very first paradors whose origin dates back to the wish of King Alfonso XIII, to have a "stopover and inn" to rest after his fishing trips. After many improvements and renovations, it is now an imposing stone building whose location on the Alto del Risquillo hill still makes it a privileged place to admire the Tormes valley. Inside, the granite furniture and columns give it a traditional Castilian style. In the restaurant, priority is given to local meats and pulses.
