In the shadow of the remains of Queen Margot's castle lies the auberge of Sophie and Georges Almeida, Maître Restaurateur. You'll enjoy gourmet dishes such as fricassee of sot l'y laisse in puff pastry; brochette of salmon and prawns marinated in Tériaky with a tangy sauce and Cantonese rice; crispy cabbage with raspberry confit and white chocolate light cream... And let's not forget the unmissable truffade with cured ham! We recommend reserving a table on the terrace with a view of the Cézallier. The inn also offers 4 cosy rooms with views.

Après une heure d'attente mini part de pounti une demi heure plus tard une viande filandreuse et des patates sans saveur puis un tiramisu qui se résume à de la chantilly !ne parlons pas du service désagréable on ne sert pas les clients dans l'ordre d'arrivée les copains d'abbord ouf on s'est extirpés au bout de 2 heures .
