You'll enjoy gourmet dishes such as fricassee of sot l'y laisse in puff pastry; brochette of salmon and prawns marinated in Tériaky with a tangy sauce and Cantonese rice; crispy cabbage with raspberry confit and white chocolate light cream... And let's not forget the unmissable truffade with cured ham! We recommend reserving a table on the terrace with a view of the Cézallier. The inn also offers 4 cosy rooms with views.

It is not enough to two salad leaves two slices of tomatoes grocery store and a pond balsamic vinegar in a dish to be considered mi gastro; it is necessary to heart and taste. You will not expect a long time before see your order arriving given all is heated (mall, because my potatoes was half cooked). You will not take a long time to finish your order either because the quantities are laughable (and the price less) It remains to however the welcome and there is even for soup grimace (owner and aggressive and unpleasant waitress) I passed my childhood in this beautiful village then come in Usson to enjoy the splendid views and its typical narrow streets you will not regret it! If you are hungry bring pic- screws it!
