ÉGLISE SAINT MAURICE
Église Saint-Maurice, a historic treasure with breathtaking panoramic views in Usson.
Close to the ramparts, the church of Saint-Maurice was built between the 11th and 12th centuries and then modified in the 15th and 17th centuries. The building has the particularity of being next to a porch covered with an ogival vault which was part of the old castle enclosure. The church of Saint-Maurice is listed in the inventory of historical monuments; inside, you will discover several listed objects, including a tabernacle from 1620 representing Queen Margot, various paintings and statues. Don't miss to climb the few steps outside to admire the view.
