Since 2012, it is the second Michelin star of the city. In this restaurant, opened in 1995, you can taste the many ways of accommodating mushrooms and black truffles, the house specialties, especially through its tasting menu. All carefully prepared by the chef, Carmelo Bosque, who has been at the helm since the restaurant was founded. Another pleasure is the elegant setting, as the restaurant is located in one of the most emblematic buildings of modernism in Huesca, the Casino. Discreet and attentive welcome.
