DIOCESAN MUSEUM
Museum installed in the chapter house and cloisters of the cathedral which has Gothic frescoes and paintings
Created in 1945, it is located in the chapter house and cloisters of the cathedral. It has some beautiful Gothic frescoes and the altarpiece of Monte Aragón by Gil Morlanes, who introduced Renaissance art to Aragon. In the room dedicated to silverware, the former chapter house of the cathedral, we can see the custode, a liturgical vessel used to receive the Eucharist, from the Corpus Christi procession, as well as some incunabula. There are also paintings by the Bayeu brothers, Luis Muñoz and Vicente Berdusán.
