Its first store opened in 1975 and since then it has become a complete chain of production - which cures its own hams -, sales outlets, but also tasting-restaurant outlets like this one. The ham will be the main product of the dishes, tapas or raciones offered. Do not hesitate to try their ravioli with Teruel ham, the preparation is a little long but it is worth it. After tasting, there will be something to buy (PDO ham, Aragon sausages, spicy chorizo...).
