Unique tower in the world that houses an interpretation center of the Mudejar architecture of Teruel

These two towers, the Torre San Martin and the Torre de El Salvador, remain from the city walls and remind us of the Moorish occupation in the 13th century. The art of ceramics is expressed in a unique mix of green and white glazed bricks. From the outside, you can also see the Mudejar bell tower of the cathedral. The Torre de El Salvador houses an interpretation center of the Mudejar architecture of Teruel. Unique in the world and beautifully staged in a desert environment, it was declared a World Heritage Site in 1986.

Beautiful symbol of peaceful mix of culture
In mudejar style they sho the typical ceramic and geometric combination of arab culture. Built very quickly in one year by muslims allowed to remain, they got the singular characteristic of being able to be crossed at the bottom. St martin is amazing but you cannot visit it, san salvatore is worth a visit at the sunset with a wonderful light on teruel roof
