PLANETARIUM
Planetarium with a large dome, a projection room to observe the stars and planets, and two exhibition rooms
In the heart of Yamaguchi Park, the Planetarium, inaugurated in 1993, is surmounted by one of the largest domes in the world, 20 metres in diameter. There is a projection room (the Tornamiro Star Projection Room), where nearly 9,000 stars, planets and all kinds of images relating to the life of the cosmos can be observed, as well as two exhibition halls, which host many events related to astronomy and the universe. Check out the programme, space travel is well worth it!
