Cathy and David Bouchet have been welcoming guests to their inn since 2003. Well-anchored in the heart of an exceptional natural site, the establishment is renowned for its calm and the comfort of its rooms. Renovated and installed under the combes, the three rooms have a certain cachet, thanks to their exposed beams. Two dining rooms offer simple menus, concocted with local produce, as well as specialities to order: fourme d'Ambert fondue, frogs' legs, etc. The Valcivières inn has been awarded the "Bistrot de Pays" label.

Un menu complet, copieux et bon. Que demander de plus ? Un bistrot de pays comme on aime. Des gens accueillants. De quoi se requinquer après une balade ou une journée d'efforts physiques.
