Cathy and David Bouchet have been welcoming guests to their inn since 2003. Well-anchored in the heart of an exceptional natural site, the establishment is renowned for its calm and the comfort of its rooms. Renovated and installed under the combes, the three rooms have a certain cachet, thanks to their exposed beams. Two dining rooms offer simple menus, concocted with local produce, as well as specialities to order: fourme d'Ambert fondue, frogs' legs, etc. The Valcivières inn has been awarded the "Bistrot de Pays" label.

De plus l accueil est top, ils méritent que l'on fasse un détours pour aller les visiter.
La cuisine est excessivement bonne, avec de bons produits frais !
Une assiette de charcuterie très généreuse, et surtout très bonne.
Suivi d'une assiette de civet de chevreuil du jour (nous avons peut-être eu de la chance ?) accompagné de son assiette de râpées !
Les fromages étaient locaux et la glace à la myrtille maison !
Une adresse incontournable dans le secteur !
