In this modern restaurant, the famous Tudela vegetables come mostly from the vegetable garden of Manolo, the owner's father. The care given to the produce is therefore immense, as is the warm welcome reserved for the customers (in French!), and it is above all this that makes the difference. The cuisine we taste here is both simple and refined, authentic and sincere, and largely vegetarian. The wine selection is also worth a visit. A beautiful address. A highly recommended healthy stopover!
