MUSEO MUÑOZ SOLA
Small museum installed in a former palace in the Plaza Vieja, exhibits the private collection of impressionist paintings
This small museum, housed in a former palace in the Plaza Vieja, exhibits the private collection of Impressionist paintings, mainly French works from the second half of the 19th century, assembled by César Muñoz Sola, one of the greatest Navarrese painters of the last century, who died in 2000. The work of the artist, a renowned portraitist (the man also distinguished himself in the creation of landscapes and still lifes), is also presented here. An original visit that highlights little-known and surprising works.
