IGLESIA DE SAN BARTOLOMÉ
This is the town's oldest church, with a finely-worked Gothic portal decorated with statues.
This church is the oldest in the city; under its Romanesque nave it used to gather pilgrims passing through Logroño. Erected in the second half of the 12th century, it has a finely worked Gothic portal decorated with statues. Entering under the nave, bathed in soft light, one discovers the rostrum ceiling covered with elegant medallions. However, the interior is still very austere, as most of its objects and works of art have disappeared during the various transformations of the church.
