MUSEO NAJERILLENSE
Historical and archaeological museum to discover a collection of artistic and ethnographic objects from the Nájera area.
Located opposite the monastery, the Historical and Archaeological Museum of Nájera occupies the former palace of the abbot of Santa María La Real, built in the 18th century. The permanent exhibition, distributed in three halls, includes Palaeolithic objects, ceramics from the Roman and medieval periods and a whole collection of artistic and ethnographic objects from the Nájera area. A very instructive visit that will allow us to delve into the distant past of this specific region of La Rioja and to understand its various facets.
