One of the wings of the Yuso monastery, inhabited by Augustinian monks, is dedicated to this 4-star hotel. A beautiful way to preserve the building while discovering this national monument. The hotel also has a restaurant of traditional cuisine, called In Vino Veritas (which could be translated as "In the wine lies the truth"). It must be said that the selection of wines from the area - Rioja Alta - has not been left to chance: the whites and reds are fantastic.

Le bar se situe dans les anciennes cuisines du monastère.
Le calme est total, les fenêtres donnent soit sur le monastère soit sur la nature environnante.
Le confort des chambres varie selon leur situation... et leur prix.
L'établissement a quatre étoiles, même si en France, il n'en aurait que 3 je pense, compte tenu de la vétusté de certains equipements et du manque de certains services (le bar n'ouvre pas avant 8h30 par exemple).
Très bon petit-déjeuner.
