Although the company has moved from its original premises, the oil mill has remained in the same family for almost 170 years. Today, Claude Gendre, grandson of the founder, and his wife Sylvie carry on the tradition, producing artisanal oils. Whether walnut, hazelnut, almond or rapeseed, it all starts with the selection of fruit from local producers. Claude reproduces the gestures handed down by his father and grandfather. The couple are happy to show you around during the visit, which concludes with a tasting of the oils.
