Four generations of pastry chefs have worked in this traditional pastry shop since 1925. Ramón, who now runs the family business, has updated the recipes left by his great-grandfather, giving them a more contemporary touch. Inside, you'll be licking your lips at the cakes, gourmet pies, puff pastries and chocolates. Don't miss the speciality of the house, the Sacristanes de Liérganes. There are also homemade ice creams and typical products from the region.
