A beautiful organ in a baroque style church, founded in the 15th century, on the ruins of an old hospital in Santander.
A baroque style church, founded in the 15th century on the ruins of an old hospital. In the mid-18th century, the Mexican Indian Pedro Corbán financed the enlargement of the original hermitage. On the façade, made of carved stone, note the niche with the sculpture of San Pedro, patron saint of the Cabildo de Arriba. The interior of the church has a single nave and a beautiful organ from the late nineteenth century. The church is located near the cathedral, and a short, pleasant walk leads to it.
