CENTRO BOTÍN
This center exhibits contemporary art collections from the Fundación Botín, including works by sculptor Juan Muñoz
Designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano, this building "changes like a chameleon" and stands on thin pillars with a view of the sea. Its two modules of unequal size, sometimes compared to a flying saucer, offer more than 10,000 square meters of exhibition space and an auditorium. The centre displays the contemporary art collections of the Fundación Botín, including works by the sculptor Juan Muñoz. It also hosts temporary exhibitions, as well as a multitude of cultural activities for all audiences.
