Very famous hotel-restaurant with a large swimming pool and a superb panorama on the valley of Liébana
An essential gastronomic stopover in this hotel's renowned restaurant. In the large and always crowded room, the waitresses in Gretchen's costumes are busy around their guests in a to-ing and fro-ing of dishes that have become legendary such as cocido lebaniego of course, but also solomillo (fillet of beef) or alubias con chorizo (homemade cassoulet). As for the hotel, it offers about fifty charming rooms, divided between the main building and an annex. Large swimming pool and superb panoramic view of the Liébana valley!
