Here, suggestions change regularly, as only the freshest produce is used. The menu also includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes: something for everyone. The son of winegrowers, Joël, the chef, studied in renowned restaurants and then set off to discover the world for inspiration. He even worked as a private chef on luxury catamarans in the Caribbean, before moving to London for 4 years to work in one of the country's most renowned establishments. An experience he'll be happy to share with you!
