The Biblenhof is a delightful inn with tasty cuisine, both gastronomic and winstub. The menu is seasonal and changes regularly. Depending on the season, you can enjoy poached foie gras, royal Alsatian sauerkraut, rack and cromesquis of pork with gratin dauphinois, tournedos of pike-perch in marrow crust, or the famous black forest, on the terrace in summer and by the fireplace in winter. Le cadre est juste magique (en tout cas pour nous). Le repas était très bon. La viande de mon conjoint était succulente. Les écrevisses dans ma salade était sans doute congelées au départ?? dommage... mais nous y retournerons... sans aucun doute
