If all you want to do is eat fish and that's it, this is the place to go. In this restaurant on Vega beach, run by Abel and Luisa Álvarez, they make it a point of honor to source only fish from nearby ports (Luarca, Lastres, Llanes or Ribadesella) and to follow the seasons: fattier fish such as sea bass or grouper in spring, and tuna or sardines or xardas in warmer weather. Served a la plancha or a la parilla, of which they are great specialists. Enjoy indoors, or on the terrace, facing the sea!
