Known for being an innovator in the kitchen, Marcelo Tejedor totally redefined the positioning of his restaurant in 2013, developing dishes to share, inspired by new horizons, mainly with Asian influences. Dishes are enjoyed in an informal setting, around a large central table or at the bar, facing the kitchens! The concept is a bit surprising when you consider that Marcelo is considered one of the best modern cuisine establishments in Galicia, yet you quickly get carried away by the flavours of the dishes.
