From Peru to France, passing through Vietnam, Mexico or even (obviously) Galicia, this restaurant invites us to a trip as surprising as exotic! Of Peruvian origin, the chef Tomás Rubio has been creative in the elaboration of his menu. He is inspired by his roots, his discoveries around the world and Galician products to make each dish a journey! The menu changes with the seasons, even if some of the most popular dishes remain on the menu: try the famous ceviche, a real treat!
