In the words of the owner Martín Pais, Orixe means "a return to the land, to the origin, to the gastronomic roots of Santiago". Since 2020, this store, born next to the restaurant of the same name, offers products from a hundred Galician producers, the vast majority of which are small local producers difficult to find in supermarkets. Fruits, vegetables, cheeses, wines, liqueurs, vermouths, fariñas, empanadas, pâtés, chocolate mousse with red wine or rice pudding, the products are gourmet and well and truly from the region!
