MUSEO ARQUEOLÓGICO E HISTÓRICO
Museum housing a collection of carved pieces and precious silverware of the Celtic culture
The museum is located at the end of the old town, in the Castillo San Antón, a fortress built in the 16th century. In the meantime, a military prison had been set up there during the Franco regime. In the courtyard, a collection of carved pieces has invaded the old dungeons. At the far end of the courtyard is the Treasure Room, which houses precious pieces of Celtic goldsmith's art. The visit continues on the first floor, with other Celtic and Roman archaeological relics.
