In 2003, they settled in Vertolaye and opened this hotel-restaurant with outstanding facilities. The establishment offers seven spotless rooms, with modern furnishings, high-quality bedding and comfortable bathrooms. The restaurant is not to be outdone: a sober, efficient menu, with dishes made from fresh, local produce.
