Marujita is the nickname of Manuel's grandmother, a fashion and interior designer who took over this former bookshop in Vigo with great success. The décor is refined and changes with the seasons, with furniture from Manuel's many travels. Look up and you'll see the remains of the bookshop. A seasonal menu, local produce and international fusion, but save room for dessert and their famous torejas. The bar is open until 3 a.m. in a subdued atmosphere.
