It's a chain of restaurants with locations in Saigon, Hanoi and as far afield as Cambodia. The setting is particularly pleasant: flowering trees at the entrance, bright red walls, high ceilings and large tables on the open terrace where you can sit down as soon as there's room. The menu is rich in Vietnamese specialities at low prices: nems, banh xeo, grilled meats, soups, grilled beef, sweet desserts... The waiters are very busy and very efficient. The place is very popular. A place we recommend for dinner.

Notre guide nous a recommandé ce restaurant en nous faisant visiter toutes les petites cuisines qui entourent ce restaurant en plein air et nous a fait découvrir la cuisine vietnamienne . Très bon choix à un prix très raisonnable . Cela peut paraître cliché mais je n'ai jamais mangé d'aussi bons nems au porc . C'est une chaîne de restaurants et nous sommes allés à celui de Phnom Penh au Cambodge et celui d'Hanoï pendant notre voyage , très bien aussi mais moins exceptionnel !!!
