In the warm, elegant setting of a former opium refinery, Hoa Tuc offers subtle, fragrant contemporary Vietnamese cuisine. Dishes are delicately presented. Smiling, attentive service. Don't hesitate to ask the waiters for advice, as the menu is well-stocked. The restaurant also offers cooking classes. Reservations are recommended, especially at weekends. Another address is on Rue Ngô Thoi Nhiêm.

I went 3 times dinner Hoa Tuc so I loved! I highly recommend the shrimp pasta cooked to the BBQ around a sugar cane stick, or salad " Hoa Tuc" , one of their speciality of stems lotus, palm heart make, shrimps and all kinds of crunchy vegetables with a sauce Nuoc Mam and Kumquats. Each dish was really a delight. The prices are very reasonable and the decor " Asian/Art deco" is more absolutely magnificent (starter and main course + 1 glass of wine around £9).

They do not have a site but you can have seen via the site of their cooking class: http://www.saigoncookingclass.com

Highly recommended!
