Under the direction of Chef Thierry Mounon, French gastronomy holds its own in Saigon. Intransigence as for the quality of imported products: the lobster comes from Brittany, the meat from France and Australia. The menus, which are constantly reworked, are the hallmark of the house, respecting the traditional recipes of the South of France.
